Terms of Service

KickDev is a community platform where developers publish their projects and other users discover, evaluate, and give feedback on them. The operator may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

You may not use another person's account without permission or create accounts in bulk through automated means.

You retain ownership of the projects, reviews, comments, and other content you post (“User Content”).

You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license lasts while the content remains posted on the Service.

You represent that you hold the rights to the content you post and that posting it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• violate any law or these Terms;
• infringe the intellectual property, reputation, or privacy of others;
• post spam, advertising, misinformation, or fraudulent content;
• post harassing, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or unlawful content;
• disrupt the normal operation of the Service or attempt to bypass its security.

You may report inappropriate content. Based on reports or its own assessment, the operator may hide or remove content that violates these Terms and may restrict the offending account.

Except for User Content, all rights in the Service — including its design, logo, and software — belong to the operator or its licensors and may not be used without prior consent.

The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is.” The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of User Content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The operator may revise these Terms and will announce changes within the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service are subject to the competent court determined under Korean civil procedure.
